Employment with Valley Academy is "At Will". Both the employee and Valley Academy have the right to terminate the employment relationship at at any time, for any reason, or no reason at all, and is not intended to create nor is it to be construed to constitute a contract between Valley Academy and any of it"s employees. This "At Will" relationship may not be modified by any oral or implied agreement.
Any modification to the "At Will" relationship must be submitted in writing and signed by the President of the Valley Academy Board of Directors.
